Shipping Policy

1. ORDER PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours. Please note that orders are not processed or dispatched on Fridays or public holidays. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing may take slightly longer.

Orders placed before 1:00 PM (Riyadh Time) from Sunday to Thursday are processed and dispatched on the same day. Orders placed after 1:00 PM or during weekends/public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES
Delivery times begin once the order has been dispatched from our facility.

Saudi Arabia (Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam):
1–2 business days.

Saudi Arabia (Other Cities):
2–4 business days.

GCC Countries (UAE, Kuwait, Qatar, Oman, Bahrain):
3–5 business days via Standard International Shipping.

Note: Delivery times are estimates. ZYRAVO is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs clearance, or extreme weather conditions.

3. SHIPPING FEES

Domestic (Saudi Arabia):
We offer a fixed flat-rate shipping fee for all deliveries within the Kingdom, regardless of the city.

International (GCC):
Shipping fees for the UAE, Kuwait, Qatar, Oman, and Bahrain are calculated automatically at checkout based on the destination country.

Promotions:
Free shipping may be available on orders exceeding a specified amount, as displayed on our website banners.

4. TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email and/or SMS containing your tracking number. You can track your shipment directly through our courier partner’s portal.

Note on Tracking Updates:
Please allow 24 to 48 hours for your tracking information to update once you receive your shipping confirmation. The first status update will appear as soon as the courier performs their initial scan at the sorting facility.

5. CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES (NON-KSA ORDERS)
For international orders within the GCC (excluding KSA), the recipient is responsible for all customs duties, local taxes, or handling fees imposed by the destination country. These charges must be paid upon delivery to receive the package.

6. CASH ON DELIVERY (COD)
Cash on Delivery is available in selected regions. By selecting this method, you commit to being available at the provided address and phone number to complete the payment.

Service Policy:
ZYRAVO reserves the right to disable the COD option for any future orders associated with a history of unclaimed shipments or repeated failed delivery attempts. Prepaid methods (Card, Apple Pay, etc.) will remain available.

Identity Verification: For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, our courier partners may require the recipient to present a valid government-issued ID (such as a Saudi National ID or Iqama) upon delivery to ensure secure order handover.

7. ADDRESS CHANGES & FAILED DELIVERIES

Address Accuracy:
Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete delivery address. Address changes cannot be made once the order has been dispatched.

Delivery Attempts:
Our courier will attempt delivery up to three times. If the delivery fails after these attempts, the order will be returned to our warehouse. In such cases, the return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.
