2. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this website shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. The courts of Dubai shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

3. Electronic Communications

By placing an order on this website, you consent to receive communications from ZYRAVO electronically via email, SMS, and WhatsApp. This includes order confirmations, phone/WhatsApp verification for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, and delivery updates. You agree that all electronic communications satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

4. Payment Terms (KSA & GCC)

We provide multiple secure payment methods to accommodate our customers in the GCC:

Online Payments:
We accept mada, Apple Pay, Visa, Mastercard, and stc pay via our secure partner, Tap Payments.

Buy Now Pay Later:
Installment options are available through Tabby or Tamara for eligible customers.

Cash on Delivery (COD):
Available for Saudi Arabia and select GCC regions. ZYRAVO reserves the right to verify phone numbers via call or WhatsApp before dispatching any COD order.

5. Value Added Tax (VAT)

All prices displayed on the website are inclusive of VAT where applicable, unless stated otherwise. For cross-border orders within the GCC, any VAT adjustments required by the destination country's customs are handled during the customs clearance process as detailed in Section 6.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Saudi Arabia (Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam):
1–2 business days.

Saudi Arabia (Other Cities):
2–4 business days.

GCC Countries (UAE, Kuwait, Qatar, Oman, Bahrain):
3–5 business days.

Responsibility:
Shipping is handled via specialized 3PL partners (including Salasa for KSA fulfillment). ZYRAVO is responsible for the product until it is handed over to the courier.

Free Shipping:
ZYRAVO may offer free shipping for orders exceeding a specific threshold (e.g., 500 SAR) or during promotional periods.

Customs, Duties & Taxes:
For orders shipped outside the UAE, the recipient is the importer of record. Orders may be subject to import taxes and customs duties levied by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are strictly non-refundable.

7. Order Cancellation

Customers may request to cancel an order only before the order status changes to "Processed" or "Shipped." Once an order is handed over to our fulfillment partners (e.g., Salasa), cancellation is no longer possible, and the customer must follow the standard Returns Policy (Section 8). ZYRAVO reserves the right to cancel orders due to stock unavailability or payment verification failure.

8. Returns & Refunds Policy

In compliance with applicable Consumer Protection laws in the GCC (including Saudi Arabia and the UAE):

Return Period:
Customers have 14 days from the date of delivery to return a product, provided it is in its original, unworn condition with all tags and original packaging.

Sale & Promotional Items:
Products purchased during sales, clearance events, or using promotional discount codes are eligible for exchange or store credit only. No monetary refunds will be issued for sale items, except in the case of a proven manufacturing defect.

Refund Methods:
Online payments are refunded to the original card. COD refunds are issued as store credit.

Non-Refundable Fees:
Original shipping fees, Cash on Delivery (COD) service charges, and any customs duties or local taxes paid at the time of import are strictly non-refundable.

9. Product Accuracy & Representation

We make every effort to display the colors and details of our products accurately. However, we cannot guarantee that your device’s display will accurately reflect the real-life color of the product. Minor variations in shade or texture are not considered manufacturing defects.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to the ZYRAVO brand name, logos, shoe designs, photography, and text, is the exclusive property of ZYRAVO ECOM - FZCO. Any unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

11. User Conduct

By using this site, you confirm you are at least 18 years of age or accessing the site under parent/guardian supervision. Commercial use of the content of this website for third-party businesses is strictly prohibited without written consent.

12. Privacy & Cookie Policy

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal data are governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which are compliant with UAE Federal Law No. 45 of 2021 and KSA PDPL. By using this website, you consent to the processing of data as described in these policies.

13. Official Sales Channels & Authenticity

ZYRAVO products are sold exclusively through our official website: www.zyravo.co. We do not authorize any third-party websites, unauthorized social media accounts, or external marketplaces to sell our products unless explicitly stated on our platform. ZYRAVO ECOM - FZCO shall not be held responsible for any purchases made through unauthorized channels. We cannot guarantee the authenticity, quality, or safety of products purchased outside of our official website, and such purchases will not be eligible for our Returns & Refunds Policy.
